Shipping & returns
Dispatch times, insurance, and the 14-day return privilege.

1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day from Pennsylvania or New York. Every parcel is insured, tracked and requires a signature on delivery.
2. Cost
Shipping is complimentary on US orders over $50. Below that, a flat insured rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Packaging
Pieces are wrapped in acid-free archival tissue inside a rigid, water-resistant mailer, so they arrive protected and ready to store.
4. Delivery times
Two to five business days within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer; we will tell you before dispatch if we expect a delay.
5. Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece with its tags still attached. Start a return by writing to hello@mynistik.com with your order reference, and we will send a prepaid label where the return is our responsibility.
6. Lost or damaged parcels
Every parcel is insured, so if something goes missing or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right.
