What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

1. What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number, and the details of what you bought. When you subscribe: your email address. When you browse: anonymous usage statistics if analytics is enabled.
2. Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, handle returns, answer your messages and — only if you asked for it — email you about new pieces. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Payments
Card details never touch our servers. They are handled entirely by our payment processor, which is certified to the highest industry standard.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your bag, your saved pieces and your language. Analytics cookies are only set if analytics is enabled, and they are anonymous.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@mynistik.com and we will action it within 30 days.
6. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe, and are deleted on request.
