The terms that apply when you buy from Mynistik.

1. About these terms
These terms govern purchases made from Mynistik. By placing an order you accept them. We are a small business: if something is unclear, write to us before you buy and we will explain it in plain language.
2. Pieces and descriptions
Every piece is second-hand and one of one. Measurements, composition and condition notes are recorded in good faith and to the best of our ability. Minor variations in colour may occur between screens and daylight.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is captured at the time of order through our encrypted payment processor.
4. Orders and reservation
Because pieces are unique, adding to your bag reserves the item for 60 minutes. An order is confirmed only once payment has been authorised and you have received our confirmation email.
5. Returns
You may return an unworn piece within 14 days of delivery with its tags still attached. We refund to the original payment method within five business days of receipt. Pieces that arrive damaged or materially different from the listing are returned at our cost.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability is limited to the value of the piece purchased. Vintage garments are sold as wearable archival items, not as certified safety equipment or investment products.
