Grades run from 8.5 to 9.9 on a ten-point matrix. Anything under 8.5 never enters the archive. Repairs, fade, pulls and patina are all disclosed in writing and photographed.

Orders are dispatched from Pennsylvania and New York within one business day, fully insured and tracked. Shipping is complimentary on US orders over $50.

Yes — 14 days from delivery, provided the piece is unworn and its tags are still attached. Return shipping is covered on faulty or misdescribed pieces.

Pieces in your bag are reserved for 60 minutes. Because nearly everything is one of one, we cannot hold items beyond that without a deposit — write to the concierge if you need longer.

Every piece is treated with a museum-grade ozone mist to eliminate odours naturally, then hand-finished and pressed. Delicate silks and structured tailoring are cleaned by specialists.
