As soon as the courier scans the parcel we email you the tracking number. Every shipment is insured and requires a signature, and you can also look the order up above with its reference.
Write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and we will send a prepaid label where the return is our responsibility. The piece must be unworn and keep its tags.
